1. If possible to get a free sample from your?
Yes, we will provide the sample if have enough in sample room.
We will charge a little logo mold fee if need to add your private
logo on the outer case.
2. Can I get the sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality and also
help our customer adapt to market trends.
Mix samples are accepted.
3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
Sample will be shipped by DHL, UPS or Fedex, it usually takes 3 to
5 days.
And mass production will be shipped by the ocean shipping/sea
transportation, usually takes 20 to 35 days
to arrive.
4.Can the price be cheaper?
It's negotiable.
5.Why do you charge sample fee?
We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need
to pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our bear
costs. Once you pay the sample free, it means we have the contract
with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you
say "ok, it is perfect".
6.How much is the sample fee?
Usually it is usd$10-50 per pcs. The sample fee will be higher if
there are many embroideries or printing.
7.How about the payment?
When order value is less than $1000,full payment should be paid.
When order value is over $1000,it is 30% deposit, 70% balance
against B/L.
8.How do you control the quality?
Our factory has 20 years experiences in plush toys manufacture. And
all of our workers have 10-20 years experiences in plush toys. We
check the finish toys one by one, make sure the quality is good.
